1. I’ve never done this before, how do I place an order?

You tell me what you want, t-shirt, sweatshirt, along with the color and sizes. I will get the shirts. Send me any artwork you have, or tell me what you want and I will create it and email it to you for approval. You tell me when you need the order. Once everything is approved, I will print the shirts.

2. Do you have a price list?

Price is dependent on the type of shirt, number of ink colors and quantity. You can call or email and request a quote.

3. What is the turnaround time?

Allow 5 working days to be safe. Some orders can be done sooner. I work with you to make sure you have your items when you need them.

4. Do you have a minimum order?

Usually there is a 25 piece minimum order. THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS, so it doesn’t hurt to ask.

5. How do I make payment?

Payment on pickup is preferred. But if this is not possible, I can give you an invoice and you can pay at your earliest convenience.

6. Can I get a more shirts later?

If I know in advance, I will work with you to provide a re-order. However, I cannot go back when the job is finished and print a few more shirts because you made a mistake in placing the order.

7. What are your hours?

The best time to reach me or visit my shop is from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. It is best to call and make an appointment if you would like to meet at another time.

8. How is the best way to reach you?

You can call me on my cell phone (317-777-1929) preferably during the day. If you get my voicemail, leave a message and I will get back with you quickly.

9. What are the most common mistakes on an order?

While mistakes are rare, they do happen occasionally. They are largely due to a failure to communicate and a lack of attention. Here are some tips to prevent mistakes:

a. Make sure you order the correct number of shirts..

b. Make sure you give the correct sizes, and specify youth and/or adult sizes.

c. Make sure you proof the artwork for spelling and overall look.

d. Make sure you specify the proper garment. Do you want a 50/50 blend or 100% cotton? Do you want a t-shirt, long sleeve t-shirt, or a pocket t-shirt? Do you want a sweatshirt or a hooded sweatshirt?
